Easy Access & Special Services Your Group Will Appreciate
Hershey Theatre is located in downtown Hershey with easy drop-off and pick up at our front entrance. Free bus and van parking is also available. We try our best to accommodate your group members’ special needs. Just let us know when you place your order if any member is in a wheelchair, has a walker or is hearing impaired and would like an infrared listening device. One of our ushers will gladly provide assistance and answer any questions. Much of the seating on the orchestra level is completely step-free and our accessible rest room is conveniently located on the main floor behind the rear orchestra.

 Group Requirements Are Simple
Hershey Theatre is happy to offer discount tickets to most groups.
Tickets must be for the same day, time and seating area.
Confirmation & Payment
Once your order has been received, we will send you confirmation of the order. If the show is more than three months away, you can hold your tickets with a $1/ticket deposit. We can provide sales tools to help promote the show to your group. Payment in full is due no later than 30 days before the show. Upon receiving your payment, tickets will be mailed to your group leader. Any additional tickets, if available, may be purchased at the same group price. There can be no refunds or exchanges after payment is received.
